1. Both inbound and outbound mail servers are the same. Either mail1.matrixwebs.com or mail2.matrixwebs.com.
2. Account Name is whatever you choose.
3. Login name or login is your full email address.
4. The password is the password you were assigned. You can test this under webmail.
5. Under outgoing you need to check the checkbox that says my server requires authentication. No additional settings here. You will not be able to send otherwise.
6. If you still cannot send try changing the outgoing (smtp) port to 587, if this still does nto work, your ISP does not allow private email servers. You must call them (for example Charter or Comcast) and get their mail server for your outbound settings only.
7. If you are receiving mail some places and not other places, like on 1 of 2 computers, or your phone. You need to find the setting that says to leave mail on the server. On all devices. This means you need to login to web mail to clear your mail every so often. See the article on how to access webmail.
